TAXES: 7.75% tax added to California customers.
ARTWORK: If artwork is needed it will be billed at $75.00 per hour with a ½ hour minimum.
FILM: A film charge of $10 per color will be added to CUSTOM DESIGNS that require oversized film. (over 13 inches wide)
INK CHANGES: If you require any ink changes they will be billed at $25.00 ea.
CUSTOM INK COLORS: Custom ink colors are $15.00 per color. If you need custom ink colors, we match to Pantone colors only. We do not guarantee an exact match but we get darn close.
RUSH CHARGES: Please allow 14 days after final art is sent to print and ship your order. Many times we can print your order in 7 days. A rush charge may be added if your turn around is needed in less than a week. The charge will depend on how fast you need your order.
SHIPPING: We ship UPS ground from Orange County, Ca. Other arrangements can be made if necessary.
CANCELLATIONS: Once the order is in progress and payment has been made, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and any art fees that you have incurred if the order is cancelled. The balance will be refunded. Once the order goes to production it cannot be cancelled. |
